Love living here! the views are amazing, the amenities are great, and I'm in love with my unit. The staff is always there to help and I'm so thankful for the leasing team Camila, Valentino and their manager Melissa that made this process nice and smooth. I'm excited to live here, and the location is great. They also have the best community events.
We’ve lived at Wynwood Bay for nearly two years and leased two different apartments. It has been interesting to say the least. Overall, I would say that improvements have been made. Both the facilities and the staff. Melissa has been a breath of fresh air as far as the management of the property is concerned. She is a solutions oriented leader and she always puts residents first. Whenever we raise a concern with Melissa, she promptly addresses and resolves the issue - maintenance, scheduling, noise complaints, etc. The location is awesome. The amenities and decor are improving. Melissa is great!
I absolutely love living here. The building staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Love our residents event they are always so much fun can't wait for more :) I love everything about this building. The amazing views, staff, amenities and all the upgrades completed makes this building the best location I ever lived so far. I recommend 100%

We were tenants in 2022-23. We had to call and email them several times to get our deposit back. After months of waiting, they sent us a check which bounced back (we are still waiting for our deposit). Management is far from good, they don’t appreciate good tenants who pay on time and never had an issue or complaint.
If you’re looking for a new place to call home in Wynwood… this is it! Not only is it a beautiful property with nice amenities but the management and staff truly care about the residents. Melissa the manager goes above and beyond and is very resourceful. I can say I am excited to be here!
Just moved in the other day and I love my new apartment! I have always dreamed about living the city and now I finally am! I get to fall asleep looking through my floor to ceiling window staring at the city lights!
